Refuses to do the work, repeatedly gives contradictory reasons and cannot be dissuaded, e.g., there is not enough time, it is too complex and could lead to mistakes, it is not realistic, etc.

Additional information

I added a new eslint plugin to my project and assigned gpt-5.1-codex-max (xhigh) the task of fixing all lint errors. A few very simple ones were fixed immediately, but then it kept repeating that it was too complex or there wasn't enough time. Occasionally, 1-2 minor errors were picked out and fixed, and then it was stopped again immediately. Until no further work was done at all.
