Handle `Ctrl-P` and `Ctrl-N` as aliases for Up and Down in the TUI input, including multi-line entries.

Thanks for fixing #1992 in #1994, and for taking care of those of us who live in the CLI and map `Caps Lock` to `Ctrl`! We rely on `Ctrl` combos constantly.
