Inconsistent weekly limit display between web UI and CLI (missing remaining 6%)

What version of Codex is running?

v0.65.0

What subscription do you have?

Plus

Which model were you using?

gpt-5.1-codex-max

What platform is your computer?

Windows 10 (WSL Ubuntu 24)

What issue are you seeing?

Since 07.11.2025, the last 6% of my weekly limit have effectively disappeared. In the late afternoon I stopped working and still had 6% remaining. When I checked again later in the evening, the 6% were gone and both the web interface and the CLI (/status) showed 0%.

At first I did not think much of it – it could have been that I used up the remaining limit and the display had only updated later. However, yesterday morning the web interface briefly showed 6% again, while the CLI still showed 0%, and later the web interface also went back to 0%.

Today I was working in the CLI (consuming credits), and suddenly I received the message:

"Heads up, you've used over 90% of your weekly limit. Run /status for a breakdown."

When I then ran /status, I got:

"Weekly limit: [█░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░] 6% left (resets 20:46 on 11 Dec)"

In the web interface, 0% is still shown.

Because of this inconsistency, I have probably used credits unnecessarily – not many (maybe around 20–50), but still unnecessarily and quite annoying.

My user ID is: user-blqrbsCZpRA6nlRmnnfHVIoc.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
