Error model chosen when use /review

What issue are you seeing?

I only deploy the model gpt-5.1-codex in the Azure, and I chose the model to chat with. But when I use /review, the model present is not changed ,but I get error.

I caught a request and found that the model in request changed to gpt-5.1-codex-max which I never deployed.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
