Custom slash command/prompts no longer searchable by containing text - you must typing in the string exactly requiring /prompt: to be typed in to begin filtering

What is the expected behavior?

Previous versions searched for containing text allowing you to filter by just typing "update" or "agents" to filter down to items containing that word like /prompt:update-agents-file
