focus automatically returns to the Codex extension

What issue are you seeing?

After starting a new conversation, when a message is sent, the focus automatically returns to the Codex extension after a few seconds. As a result, when I'm typing Markdown in the editor and press Enter, the sudden shift of focus causes the Enter key to be handled by Codex instead. This makes Codex stop responding immediately upon pressing Enter, equivalent to clicking the pause button.
