Codex tries to run git commands like git status and gets "Operation not permitted" after /approvals is set to max allowed

What steps can reproduce the bug?

invoke /review after settig approvals to max allowed via /approvals and pick review uncommitted changes -> codex tries to use git and gets "Operation not allowed" error
