What steps can reproduce the bug?
When I start it chat, it does this after a few minutes. It was right after a "rg --files | rg ...." call. Not sure if that was the issue though. All chats are doing this now though on this new version. Was working before I updated from 0.72

Ok Found a workaround...
in codex go to /logout
then run the codex login again.
now you are logged one...
