What issue are you seeing?

This error has cropped up in the 0.73 version. I upgraded from 0.69. It happened early after upgrade, I restarted the chat and didn't encounter it for several chat sessions. The current event of it happened after a long running attempt at following an implementation plan for some new code. The session died in this error after reading or searching 20 or so different files.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
