packaging to flatpak and rpm

What feature would you like to see?

i want to maintain flatpak and rpm packages for codex

i would like to:

• package codex in flatpak
• publish it on https://flathub.org
• get it verified
• package codex to rpm
• publish it on https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org
• merge flatpak manifest and rpm spec to this repo (package/flatpak and package/rpm dirs in the repo root)
• write workflow for nightly flatpak builds
