What issue are you seeing?

When returning to an existing conversation, I saw a strange green panel overlay flash on the screen for a few seconds and then disappear. I've noticed this a few times since, but it's unclear to me what the trigger is.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

This happened most recently when I clicked on the past conversations icon and chose one to restore, but I don't have a consistent repro on it.
