Getting this in VSCodium + Codex. Not in issue in the earlier versions. Started around 0.4.48 I think.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
It just happens, likely more common. Probably in regards to usage with Github.
What is the expected behavior?
Not crashing.

Thanks for reporting. This is the same issue as #8197, and it will be fixed in the next release.
It's still crashing, just not as often. You don't see this bug/error message, but it's still happening.
