[BUG] o3, o3-mini, o4-mini, 4.1 not working

Able to hit all models via api, but not through codex for o3, o3-mini, o4-mini, 4.1. But able to use codex with 4o-mini.

For o4-mini, I found:
codex -m o4-mini-2025-04-16 to work.

This does not work for o3 tho unfortunately.

4.1 was just work for me then it went down. Prob a api issue

got 4.1 and o4 mini to work, thanks @ Sentdex & geo, but cant get o3 (confirmed not working & it is not even on the model list)

o3-mini works witho3-mini-2025-01-31

The following should now work o4-mini (default), gpt-4.1 (long context model) and o3 (you probably need to get verified for that).
