What steps can reproduce the bug?
Ask Codex to make some changes to a file so it produces a diff during its task completion cycle
What is the expected behavior?
A normal diff preview with green|red text highlighting

Would you have the ability to generate a patch file from this change explicitly that I could test with?
Going to try to reproduce it manually, but looks like it simply moved a content block just a line up/down via newline and line deletion.
so ideally we can get a patch from it though, there's probably something specific to that change that is triggering some error since normally changes like that shouldn't break, so getting a repro condition is helpful
