Codex in tmux, zoom will show previous discussion instead of latest

What issue are you seeing?
I use tmux with 3 panes, top middle, bottom. Codex in bottom (others are logs etc). I switch between panes (CTRL-B up/down) and when I zoom pane Codex (CTRL-B z) codex shows old output/dialog, erasing latest. I have to manually ask Codex to repeat what it said. Going back to unzoom will not solve it.
What steps can reproduce the bug?

I use codex inside a split tmux pane, and the TUI doesn't resize when making the pane full-screen (with
C-b z, for example).I'm on macOS + Kitty + tmux.
Codex proposed this small fix after a few attempts, which I've been using and seems to work well.
The bug is still there in tmux (as of Codex v0.114.0), seems a bit better sometimes, but often not. Now I use CTRL-T to see what was said last time, that works nice.
