Codex in tmux, zoom will show previous discussion instead of latest

Which model were you using?

gpt-5.2-codex (reasoning xhigh, summaries auto)

What platform is your computer?

Linux, Ubuntu 24.04

What issue are you seeing?

I use tmux with 3 panes, top middle, bottom. Codex in bottom (others are logs etc). I switch between panes (CTRL-B up/down) and when I zoom pane Codex (CTRL-B z) codex shows old output/dialog, erasing latest. I have to manually ask Codex to repeat what it said. Going back to unzoom will not solve it.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
