Weekly usage limit gets reset before the mentioned date

Weekly usage limit gets reset before the mentioned date, Have witnessed multiple times.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

It will usually show some date such as
Weekly limit: [███████████████████░] 97% left (resets 23:55 on 24 Dec)
It was a real status, but today itsellf i got the limit reset. I've faced this multiple times.

What is the expected behavior?

It should get reset only on or after the mentioned date. it should follow the weekly limits properly.
