Weekly usage limit gets reset before the mentioned date, Have witnessed multiple times.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
It will usually show some date such as Weekly limit: [███████████████████░] 97% left (resets 23:55 on 24 Dec)
It was a real status, but today itsellf i got the limit reset. I've faced this multiple times.
What is the expected behavior?
It should get reset only on or after the mentioned date. it should follow the weekly limits properly.

When we have a service outage, we reset the usage information (both the date of the usage window and the usage amount) to compensate users who may have been affected by the outage. For example, if you had used 50% of your weekly allocation at the time of the service outage, we restart the window after the outage and adjust your available usage back to 100%. We had a service outage last week, so that explains why you saw this.
We've received feedback that users would prefer that we don't reset the usage window date when we reset the available usage. We're working to decouple these.
It has been a couple of months and it still the same. People are pacing themselves depending on those limits.
@Vagabondluc Correct, still facing the same. worst is nowadays limits are reduced a lot.
This is still occurring for me as well. Seems like the "weekly" end date changes day to day. Why? How is this still an issue?
