Differentiate between when we use subscription credit and when we use additional purchased credits.

What issue are you seeing?

Today the interface is the same in use cases for the limits included in the subscription, and when the user buys additional credits. It's not clear whether you're using the rate limit or credits. One question remains: even with additional credits, does the 5-hour/week window still apply?

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Simply access the Local menu > Rate limits remaining.

What is the expected behavior?

I hope to be able to provide information that differentiates which type of consumption is occurring.
