Differentiate between when we use subscription credit and when we use additional purchased credits.

What issue are you seeing?

Today the interface is the same in use cases for the limits included in the subscription, and when the user buys additional credits. It's not clear whether you're using the rate limit or credits. One question remains: even with additional credits, does the 5-hour/week window still apply?

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Simply access the Local menu > Rate limits remaining.

What is the expected behavior?

I hope to be able to provide information that differentiates which type of consumption is occurring.

If you use the /status command, you'll see your current usage for the 5-hour and 7-day windows. If it shows 0%, then you have hit your usage limit for that window. This generally means that you will need to wait until the window restart time for additional usage. If you (or your plan administrator, in the case of a Business plan) purchase additional credits, you can continue even though you've hit 0% usage remaining. Adding credits to a plan will not change the usage stats reported by the /status command. It will still show 0% even if your plan has available credits. This distinction is especially important for Business plans where each member of the plan gets a fixed usage for each window but purchased credits are shared among all team members.

In summary, you will use subscription credit until your remaining usage hits 0%, and then you will use purchased credits.
