When sending a prompt, it returns

The application panicked (crashed).
Message:  /tmp is absolute: Os { code: 1, kind: PermissionDenied, message: "Operation not permitted" }

Codex then continuously runs echo hi and its thinking process says "Troubleshooting tool issues" and "Message: /tmp is".

Also, the UI looks broken with characters running down the left side of the terminal
