Codex Can't find referenced Files

What issue are you seeing?
Sometimes when I reference a file using @file it does not show any matches, and cannot find it when prompted to.

Even after searching for the name, it will sometimes fail.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
I'm not sure what triggers this.
What is the expected behavior?
It should have no problem finding the file, and it should show matches when @ is used.

Do you have a
.gitignorefile? If so, is the file you're trying to reference ignored by the.gitignore?@etraut-openai I'll be damned bro. I didnt know it worked like that. I'm sorry. Good call.
