Feature Request: Add /save command to store sessions for later review

Add a /save command to Codex CLI to let users save specific sessions—especially ones with bad results or notable issues—for later analysis/inspection. Users can add optional notes or tags, and the session rollout [with logs] gets saved to a predefined file, e.g. ~/.codex/saved_sessions.jsonl.
