Add logging input and output of LLM requests

The current logging (into codex-cli*.log files) don't have the full input and output of LLM requests. Having option to log full LLM requests input-output (might be in a different log file e.g codex-cli-llm-requests*.log) make it easier to debug the agent and make improvements.
