Ability to compose response while viewing diff

What feature would you like to see?

When reviewing output using the /diff command I want to write feedback to the model. However I cannot type messages to it in this view so I end up writing a response in a text editor and then pasting it in later which is cumbersome.

It would be great if I could add simple comments inline similar to reviewing a pull request on GitHub
