/init should update README.md as well

What feature would you like to see?

/init should update README.md as well in order to minimize potential duplication between README.md and AGENTS.md. Here is the prompt I have been successfully using with /init for reference:

/init Also improve README.md to make it more useful for both human and AI agent users. Eliminate duplication between AGENTS.md and README.md and put all the necessary information in the most appropriate file.

It would be good if this were incorporated into the default prompt for /init.
