I wrote an Electron program to replace all the double quotes and single quotes in my prompt words with English forms, which temporarily solved the problem
@cheezmil, are you still seeing this problem with the latest version of the CLI (0.118.0)? No one else has reported this specific problem, so I'm wondering if this is specific to your system configuration.
