Support webp image input

What feature would you like to see?

Let codex recognize webp, because webp is smaller in size, which can reduce the amount of data transferred

Additional information

I tried it in version 0.77.0, and webp is not accepted by codex. It even called python to convert webp to png, which is very troublesome.
