I'm unable to set the Codex mode in plugin's settings.
If this is currently possible, maybe add a note in the plugin somewhere on how to do this?

By "Codex mode", do you mean the approval mode (Chat, Agent, or Full Access)? You can select the approval mode from the dropdown included in the screen shot you posted.
By default, this value always defaults to "Agent", but you can modify the value after the extension starts. All new threads created from that point will honor the new setting.
Hi, I believe there's a regression in 0.4.60. Previously it defaults to Agent but it remembers the mode after you set it for the project. Reloading the vscode will note change the mode. Starting 0.4.60, it's set to Chat whenever I reload the vscode. Is it possible to recover the old behavior?
