What version of Codex is running?
I tried both 0.77.0 and 0.76.0
What subscription do you have?

Which model were you using?

macOS apple silicon
What issue are you seeing?
In codex, whenever I tried to type the second message, I had to press the keys, multiple times for the input area to recognizing it. And in the app, visual studio extension for both in both VSCode and Cursor it fails on second message
