What is the issue?

The background terminal feature description is insufficient. The current description makes it seem like agents can only run commands in the background, but there’s more to the feature. These background sessions are interactive, so agents can use TUIs and prompt-driven workflows (e.g. git rebase -i). This is a big QoL improvement for the user, so this capability should be documented more explicitly.
