Codex can't read in screenshots that you paste into it

What issue are you seeing?

When using the native codex screenshot paste feature (ctrl+V) to paste a screenshot, codex cannot read it

"I couldn't open the screenshot file on disk (can't locate codex-clipboard-A3rFBq.png)."

What steps can reproduce the bug?
