What issue are you seeing?

Around 1:40pm today Toronto time I noticed my weekly usage rate started to melt although I wasn't ding anything extraordinary. In about 5 minutes, it dropped from 78% to 58% and 5 hour limit hit 6%. I checked logs and all details but there was nothing running that could cause this.
