I had 80% context window left. I ran /compact. Now I had 10% context window left.

fwiw running it again I went back up to 91% context availability, so it was something about that specific compact run
Thanks for the bug report. Are you sure you uploaded the correct session? I'm not seeing any compaction in that session data.
