When I click the tip link in Codex, it always opens https://developers.openai.com/codex/guides/. It does not open the slash-commands section.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Open Codex.
2. Find the tip message with the link.
3. Click the link.
4. The browser opens the guides root page instead of the slash-commands section.

What is the expected behavior?
The link should open this exact URL:
