Thanks for reporting. I can't find the thread that you attempted to upload, so that failed.
I'm guessing that this is a more general network connectivity issue, but without additional logs or error messages, I can only speculate.
What error message do you see after the fifth retry fails?
Are you running Codex in an isolated environment like a VM or docker container? Do you have any firewalls, VPNs, proxies, or other networking configurations that would affect network connectivity?
