codex 0.80 does not run on MacOS

What platform is your computer?
Macbook Air M4 Darwin macOS Tahoe 26.2
What issue are you seeing?
When I open codex, I got a popup:

with error:
Apple could not verify “codex-aarch64-apple-darwin” is free of malware that may harm your Mac or compromise your privacy.
There is no mechanism to fallback from this action. Did you forgot to sign the binary with the developer account in your process?
I installed the codex with: brew install codex
It seems to be recurring issue:
What steps can reproduce the bug?
install newest codex on macOs Darwin
What is the expected behavior?
codex should run :D
