What issue are you seeing?
Using the vscode extension, when switching the mode to custom and restarting vscode, the mode is again set to "chat". That is regression, works still in 0.5.58
What steps can reproduce the bug?
change mode to custom, restart vscode and check what mode is set now
What is the expected behavior?
mode should be persisted after vscode restart
