What version of Codex is running?

Which model were you using?

What platform is your computer?

What steps can reproduce the bug?

When I use the following prompt, Codex does nothing. It doesn't think, uses no resources on system, and will hang indefinitely:

``codex --approval-mode "In YETI's #results output containert job assets are not rendering correctly in gallery mode. The archive objects are not the same widths are aligned with other objects. Same for images. Text and numbers have a nice width. We want every asset to have a fixed width in gallery mode. Additionally, the detailed mode is just raw json from backend, not parsed into a detailed list: icon -> image(optional) -> name -> date -> download -> copy"``

I am attempting to debug styling issues and something codex broke in my website in previous run.

What is the expected behavior?

Codex thinks, and does the things. It seems to run without the ascii arrows and such and just asking for a "windows explorer like detailed list".

What do you see instead?

Nothing. There is no thinking animation, or text indicating thinking. The container remains empty.

Additional information

Revising into a detailed list: icon -> image(optional) -> name -> date -> download -> copy into into a windows explorer like detailed list works.
