What issue are you seeing?

Codex CLI authenticates successfully but always shows Free plan.
Account is ChatGPT Teachers (K-12 / Edu).
workspace_id present, organisation_id missing.
Browser ChatGPT shows Teachers entitlement correctly.
Re-authentication, logout, auth.json removal, and 2FA do not resolve.
This appears to be a workspace-only entitlement not recognized by Codex CLI.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Login with K12 account by codex login, pick teachers workspace, run codex, get ■ To use Codex with your ChatGPT plan, upgrade to Plus: https://openai.com/chatgpt/pricing. on any request
