`/review` to accept custom instructions up front (so we can queue requests)

What feature would you like to see?

Please allow passing instructions to /review directly like so:

/review confirm that the changes do not regress in behavior and intent

is what I'd like to type and hit tab (to queue, with _steering_ turned on) instead of waiting for the word to end, then typing /review on its own, then using the 4. custom.. option and typing the above out.
