Every time there are changes done by another agent or another session it wants to delete them. Please make it never suggest reverting changes or deleting anything.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Start two sessions. Do some changes in on session and some other changes in the other. Soon both will start asking about deleting or reverting the changes in the other session.
