Context window explodes after long session even when auto compacting happens throughout

Seems to happen when i myself compact or when i resume the session. This happens after very long session but the context window reports 50% through after multiple compactions.

This issue has persisted for a very long time—it seems OpenAI has no intention of fixing it whatsoever
