What version of Codex is running?

0.89.0

What subscription do you have?

Pro

Which model were you using?

5.2 codex xhigh

What platform is your computer?

Darwin 23.2.0 arm64 arm

What terminal emulator and version are you using (if applicable)?

iterm

What issue are you seeing?

Codex went on its own debugging session for about an hour and during it stopped and flagged

"■ Invalid prompt: your prompt was flagged as potentially violating our usage policy. Please try again with a different prompt: https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/reasoning#advice-on-
prompting"

but I didn't prompt it, it was debugging for a long time/reasoning on its own, so it seems to have self flagged. Furthermore the flag it raised internally seems to be a false positive because it was just dealing with signature clash debugging.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Uploaded thread: 019bea3b-5d2f-7a93-82d0-13fc2cffdd4b

What is the expected behavior?

It should continue to debug or say what's wrong not immediately eject/exit
