Codex is confused when interrupted because of wrong summary

Problem

I recently had an issue where I was coding on something that contained "LTS". The summary presented in the TUI translated this to "Long-Term-Support" - which did not match the intended meaning. I interrupted codex and told it that this was not my intended meaning. But Codex was confused because at no point it mentioned Long-Term-Support itself

Potential Solution

Show the current summary shown to the user at the point of interruption. This provides crucial context to the model about the state of mind of the user.
