When you start a conversation on plan mode, after you accepted the plan and it goes to code mode (as expected), the following messages you send will be processed as if plan mode was active (when in fact, code mode is active).

What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?

The selected mode should be respected. If plan mode is selected, the agent should work in plan mode. Likewise, if code mode is selected, the agent should have the regular direct behavior.
